Before meeting online a sacred and benevolent quantum therapeutic space is anchored in. The session begins with a brief chat and you are then invited to sit or lie comfortably where you won't be disturbed and are free of distractions. All you need do is to settle into a receptive state and let thoughts and sensations pass lightly by.
*Tip: breathing in for a count of 4 and out for 8 helps the nervous system shift from 'fight or flight' & pain states into a calm restful phase. Some clients find a counting in for 4, pause, and out for 4 helpful.*
After a general scan the main area of concern is engaged. It is scanned with high precision and the figure-8 energy assessed from various angles and depths.
After a few minutes of gentle observation and holding space, the area moves in sync with its original figure-8 energy blueprint, harmonizing into a smooth motion. The session then moves on to neighboring zones. Occasionally you may be asked to stretch or have some water.
Clients report various shifts and changes during a session, such as subtle movement of energy, warmth or cool or gentle tingling, a feeling of lifting or lightening-up, and greater pain-free movement.
Sessions unfold differently for each person and in accordance with your individual figure-8 energy. Quantum Osteo® is restorative and healing and many clients fall asleep or have memories or emotions come to the surface to be released.
Having free time afterward helps integrate the changes and sense of peace and relaxation. Your system continues to harmonize for days or even weeks after a session. Integration is unique to you and multi-layered.

If time zones do not permit easy connection Quantum Osteo® can be conducted while the client is sleeping. In this instance, a follow up email report on the session details will be provided.
No preparation is required but clients find it advantageous to set the scene by creating a comfortable quiet space, have water on hand, and settle into a relaxed state of mind prior to Zoom.

Follow ups
Take a moment to consider the severity of your symptoms, the impact on your daily life, and how long your situation has been going on for. This will help guide you to the treatment package that fits you best.
As a rule of thumb, three fortnightly sessions can be very beneficial for most long term complaints. Whereas one session is often enough for simpler complaints.
If you have a serious condition with ongoing or multiple therapies involved, please advise Larissa and she can discuss with you appropriate options.
And of course, an ounce of prevention...
For general well being and check ups, one session per season or 2-4 a year helps general well being and any minor issues that have cropped up.
This can vary according to how well you maintain function throughout the year and what life can throw at us.
After care
Each session is unique and so is healing.
Although pain levels are an important gauge, look out for subtle shifts and changes like better posture, a sense of lightness, improved sleep.
Some clients have immediate relief, some feel tired and some feel energized right after.
Some have their symptoms simply evaporate after a few days.
Whatever occurs for you, remember to follow your instincts.
If you're tired, rest. If you're energized, clean the house !
Generally speaking, it is advisable to avoid other therapies and strenuous activity for about 3 days after a session so as not to muddy the waters. This will allow for appropriate integration and healing.
As always, drink plenty of water and select nutrient rich foods in the days following.
Very rarely, the harmonization accelerates quickly making it appear like you have more pain. This is temporary, like a healing reaction, and tends to settle down after adequate rest and light moderate movement.

Pre- and Post-op care package
Prior to surgery all associated structures and tissues are harmonized including circulation, lymph and elimination systems.
Post-op sessions focus on maximizing healing, recovery and function, and help you receive the best of prescribed medicines and eliminate what does not serve you.
If complications have arisen, or simply if you prefer, additional post-op sessions can be arranged. Fees will reflect this accordingly.
You do not have to be online at the scheduled times but it is preferable you rest comfortably and aren't distracted to get the most benefit.

Burnout package
Burnout and deep exhaustion is real and very debilitating.
Causes of burnout can be additive and multiply, leaving you feeling devalued, unfocused, emotional and sleep deprived. Burnout can lead to social withdrawal, behavior changes and relying on unhealthy habits to get through your day.
This bespoke package is for those feeling physically and emotionally wrung out and who need deep support.
Sessions are 1hr twice weekly for two weeks, followed by four weekly 1hr sessions. This schedule can be adapted to suit individual need.
